The contemporary, innovating and pure kitchen of restaurant Fitz Roy distinguishes itself by applying the French cooking principles on as well local as worldly ingredients and flavours. Constantly searching for new, surprising flavour combinations with the best products, a seasonal menu is complied. We are striving for high level cooking and are very proud to be part of the Lekker 500 of 2022!

To strengthen our dynamic kitchen team, we are looking for a full-time Chef de Partie as of March, 01st (also possibility to start earlier).

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a creative and ambitious cook with passion for the job, an excellent sense of taste and good product knowledge. A real team player, with a proactive and inquisitive attitude, who would like to further develop his or her cooking skills. Experience in the kitchen and command of the Dutch or English language is a requirement for this position.
