SERVICE EMPLOYEE BRASSERIE

Fitz Roy Urban Hotel and Garden is seeking an enthusiastic new colleague with hospitality experience and wine knowledge.
We are looking for a driven and passionate colleague in our team with good social skills. You offer friendly, hospitable service to our guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner, advise them on the menu and beverage choices, perform bar work and other related tasks.

Our team makes sure that our guests are taken perfect care of, with a big smile of course. Fun and passion are our top priorities!

The shifts consist of day shifts (7:45 to 16:00) and evening shifts (16:00 to closing), during the week and at the weekend.

Job Requirements

· Guest oriented

· Fluent in Dutch or English

· Representable and stress resistant

· Team player, responsible and proactive

· Knowledge of wines and wine/food combinations

· Flexible availability (during the week and weekends)

Fitz Roy Urban Hotel and Garden, is part of the Brouwer Horeca Groep. The Brouwer Horeca Groep contains three different hospitality venues in the heart of Maastricht.
