Floor Manager – FT

Do you want to manage the most exciting floor staff in town? Fitz-Roy Urban Hotel, Bar and Garden is on the lookout for a new floor manager! Our team is passionate and makes sure that our guests are taken perfect care of, with a big smile of course. Our ideal floor manager is someone who is able to bring this experience to an even higher level. You’re responsible for the restaurant, and you’ll motivate and control the team. Besides, you will function as the point of contact for colleagues who are eager to learn from your knowledge and experience. All while working together to create the ultimate experience for our guests!

Who are you?
You are able to provide our guests the most friendly and welcoming service during their breakfast, lunch and diner. After all, you already gained 3-5 years of experience working in the hospitality industry. You will advise them in menu and beverage choices, perform bar duties and other tasks that are involved. In short, you make sure the guests have the total Fitz-Roy experience. And as icing on the cake, you will help with the check-in/check-out of hotel guests and answer the questions they might have. Your team will be ready to give our guests an unforgettable experience.

Job Requirements
· Vocational education (MBO) / higher professional education (HBO) level
· Flexible availability (during the week and weekends)
· 3 to 5 years of experience managing a team
· Team player, responsible and proactive
· Representable and stress resistant
· Fluent in English or Dutch
· Decisive and creative
· Product knowledge
· Guest oriented
