Who are you?
As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests, and you will help with the check-in/check-out of hotel guests. You will make it your top priority to make sure our guests feel welcome, and their stay will be pleasant. Previous experience as a receptionist is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement. The most important aspect is that you have good communication skills, problem-solving skills and enthusiasm. If you are following, or have completed, a hospitality training, that will count as a plus. In addition, speaking Dutch and English is a requirement. Do you have a talent for languages and are you able to speak German and French? Then you have an edge!
· Command of the German and/or French language is a plus

Fitz-Roy Urban Hotel, Bar and Garden is part of the Brouwer Horeca Groep. The Brouwer Horeca Groep contains three different hospitality venues in the heart of Maastricht. Whether you are a morning person or prefer to work in the evening, we’ve got the ideal shift for you! The shifts will vary. We have shifts from 8:00 to 16:00 and evening shifts from 16:00 to 22:00. This position is part-time and will be for 16 to 20 hours per week.
