Who are you?
We are currently seeking a talented and creative Chef de Partie who is passionate about cooking, has a great sense of taste and product knowledge. You see yourself as a team player with a proactive and inquisitive attitude. Our dynamic kitchen requires previous experience in a kitchen and fluency in Dutch or English.
· At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen

Fitz-Roy Urban Hotel, Bar and Garden is part of the Brouwer Horeca Groep. The Brouwer Horeca Groep contains three different hospitality venues in the heart of Maastricht.
